      Under a short, stressful timeframe, branch manager Kaitlin and her staff were able to make sense of complicated documentation so that we could refinance our vehicle at a great rate. They were constantly professional throughout the process, and went above and beyond to get everything finalized. I would highly recommend banking at the Media branch to anyone.

      Good morning my name is Carol and today I received phenomenal service provided by Ms Bianca, I needed information from my account concerning a legal issue, Ms Bianca was very knowledgeable but most of all kind and patient, this was important to me because I am seventy years old and at the time had been up since 4:00 am stressing over the situation.
