      DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH FOR ANY TYPE OF LOAN! I have been dealing with an absolute nightmare since September because of how bad Derick Cooper fouled up my loan. I've wasted countless hours on the phone trying to resolve the matter and nobody at this branch wants to do their job. Its been awful... Worst banking experience of my life by far.
