      I called franklin bank and told them i was having a financial hardship due to covid and would be 30 days late on the mortgage. They replied it will go on your credit i was 33 days late and sure enough it went on my report. This bank doesn't help their customers.

      Friendly staff. Never a wait. 2 drive through lanes. Even the dog is happy because in the drive through he gets a treat, and if I have to go inside, there are bowls of treats on the counter! They have bowls of lollipops too!
