  I have had an account at this bank for at least 27 years. I have always been treated with courtesy and patience no matter how many times I mess up my password🤭. I have had experience working in banks and I know how stressful it can be. Thank you all.

  Do not get a loan through this bank! To be fair, the tellers are very friendly and efficient; however, the loan servicing team is the worst loan department I have ever worked with. Being in the real estate business for 30 + years, that says a lot. It's unfortunate how a bank which promotes itself on being a small town local bank can treat its customers so poorly.

  I'm up late and make late night or morning purchases, for whatever reason my card keeps getting declined as fraudulent. I've asked them multiple times to stop declining my card as I would like to use my money but it keeps getting declined, not happy. I spent $1000 on a purchase and they didn't mark it as fraudulent but then I made a $90 purchase with the same company and they marked it as fraudulent, their algorithm does not work correctly.
