  Just got my new card after they messed up on the first one when I opened my account I activated it and went to use it card was denied then when I checked my account the card was removed I've had nothing but problems with this bank only been a member for a month but so far I would not recommend this bank to anyone I've had 4 deposits to the account and yet to be able to use my card they failed in all that they promise to be worst bank I've ever been part of never had any issues when I used chime

  They cancelled my debit card with no notification. When I called to complain that there should’ve been notice, I was told I should’ve seen it in Social Media. I do have an email on file and neither my wife of I received an email at the addresses you claim to have on file. The last email I had from Otis was 2021 as seen by the photo .We also have opened every paper statement received in the mail and the only extra paper ever in there are adds. I’ve had an account here since 1998 and we will be closing it down. This rollout was more than inconvenient and I hope you didn’t put others in this boat.

  Hi Dustin, I absolutely understand your frustration. I'm sorry to hear that you felt blindsided by our recent cards conversion and the subsequent deactivation of old debit and credit cards. The information was on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, but I know that these posts don't always end up in people's newsfeeds, and that not everyone uses social media. Please don't feel as though you are at fault for missing them. We truly wanted to make this big transition as painless as possible for members, and began communications regarding our new cards on February 1st. Paper statement inserts were sent out to those who receive traditional statements, and eStatement users received an email with the same information. If your email address was on file with us, you also should have received two emails with important card-related information and updates. A special page was built out on our website, and we created a banner ad with a link to that page within Online Banking. We do our best to keep everyone informed, and use all of these channels to try to reach as many members as possible. New cards with new PINs were mailed out the first week of March. If you're having trouble activating your card(s), please reach out, and we'd be happy to help. If you'd like to further discuss the issue with someone here, I can make sure that happens as well. We value your membership Dustin, and would love an opportunity to make things right.
