      I work for an appraisal company, and we've done business with them in the past. It was a positive experience, as they're very organized and pay attention to detail. Their borrowers were overall very satisfied with them. It should be noted that FFS is valuable to the smaller builders who don't have the resources of say a Lennar or GLHomes. These builders employ others in our local economy, but the large banks don't support them. South Florida has opportunities, but getting financing for one new home at a time, can be very difficult. It should also be noted that many of the smaller builders here are also minorities and we appreciate from a community view, FFS's presence in our market and its diversity. The market prospers with small local business being supported by the services of FFS. There really is a trickle down economy, and we see it at work, as well as with the best of our lender clients, financing home building and sales / refinancing in south Florida. We recommend FFS.

      FFS is the best at what they do. They help you throughout the deal, and close very quickly. Your loan officer is available 24/7 to help you with any questions you have.
