      If you need a loan agent for your home or someone to help refinancing your home loan, Fred is definitely your guy. He was able to lower the mortgage payment by 500.000!!! That is outstanding!!! And the best part of the process is that there is no middle man. You get results quickly. Great customer service from Fred and his team and if we do decide to buy a second home, we know who our agent will be again. Highly recommended!!!

      I really liked Fred. As a first time homebuyer, I came into this knowing little to nothing about the home buying process, and Fred helped us every step of the way. He's very knowledgeable and transparent, as when he calculates how much you can afford he shows you the process, as well as how it all works. He even shows you your various loan options, some of which most people don't know they have. When we hit road bumps in the process (in my case, my ID was expired and the IRS wouldn't let me get online copies of my tax transcripts), Fred knew exactly what to do to see that we could still close on time! I would strongly recommend him for any first time homebuyers!
