  As first time home buyers we were very nervous as we didn’t know the first thing about purchasing a home. We had gone to our credit union and a bank for help with our home loan and these institutions made it very clear that there wasn’t much they could do to assist us. We then had the pleasure of being introduced to and working with Jeremy Williams. It very quickly became apparent to us that Jeremy was very knowledgeable, passionate, honest and a hard worker. He was very welcoming and took the time to really listen to our needs. He took extra steps to make sure we understood everything we were signing along the way. Not only did he put our minds at ease but he made sure to make the process as effortless as possible for us. Our experience with Jeremy was extremely positive and we would whole heartedly recommend having him as your mortgage broker if you are in the market to buy a new home. We will definitely be working with Jeremy again when the time comes for us to purchase our second home.

  Jeremy Williams was absolutely outstanding to deal with from my approval all the way to closing. He made everything extremely easy to deal with. I loved how friendly and punctual he was. He answered all of my questions and explained everything in a way I was able to understand. Jeremy was very helpful and I never felt pushed into anything. He truly worked for me and, it was a relief knowing he had my best interest at all times. The paperwork was also extremely easy to deal with and it was even noticed by the notary how thorough he was. My first home buying experience was amazing! Jeremy turned my dream into a reality I never thought possible. If I ever have a chance to do it again, I won’t hesitate to contact Jeremy Williams again.
