      Charlie Hutchison is knowledgeable best loan officer that I ever experienced. He helped me through process of purchasing a condo within TWO WEEKS prior to closing. He worked very hard even after hours to make sure all required documents are updated. I can not thank him enough for his hard work, without him I wouldn't be able to go through the process on time.

      Warning. Freedom bank is not the way to go if you want reliable commitments. We went through months of qualifications for 2 loans: residential and commercial, only to learn at last minute they reversed their approach to lending the commercial loan/residential loan. Don't do business with this bank. They aren't reliable.
