I have been a member of NorthWest Federal Credit Union since 1984, and never once have I been disappointed in the services which it has offered me. In every way NWFCU has demonstrated that it puts me first as its customer, bending over backwards to make obtaining car loans and mortgages a painless process. The staff has always been extremely professional and courteous to me. Highly recommended for anyone who is eligible to join.

Things used to go well with the bank and now since the past year the place has fallen apart. The atm machine is always having problems especially after hours. There new system update wouldn't allow me to see my business account for a month and I called over and over to get it fixed.dont recommend this bank if you run a business.

This is the best branch for customer service. Overall NWFCU is well managed and led by superstar Mr. Bentley. Ms. Tara, the Service Manager was fantastic, very cordial, supportive, and made sure our experience was smooth. Thank you NWFCU for caring for the community. The Chantilly Branch rocks because of people like Tara, Jan and the others...THANK YOU AGAIN!!
