      Been a member for 20 years. Love the friendly people of the Agawam Branch. I moved an hour away to CT and still continue to do my banking with Freedom Credit Union and always visit the Agawam branch when necessary.

      This bank was great until I moved to a new town. If you like waiting in line at the drive thru, then the Agawam branch is for you. Their Lobby is NEVER open, you have to do everything thru the ATM or drive up. Thinking about closing my accounts & going elsewhere. Cooley st branch is great though.

      Hi Nick. We apologize for the long wait times. We, along with many other financial institutions, are experiencing staffing shortages due to the continued pandemic. For security reasons, we have had to implement rolling branch closures or limit services to drive up only in some locations. We assure you we are doing everything we can to continue to serve our members while keeping everyone safe.
