      The Jean Group Mortgage company of Agawam, MA was exceptional to work with! They prequalified us, so we knew going into the aggressive real estate mArket in our area, we could bid confidently! They made the process easy for us! They were well organized, professional and highly accessible at all hours! Our contact was primarily Mike Allen, who was well supported by Paula. They were clear, patient and approachable! Mike’s service included more than just securing a great loan at a super rate! He offered us guidance on providers for homeowners insurance, and even after our closing, he has given us useful information about what to expect as we pay down our mortgage.
