      I've been with Freedom a couple of years and they're always pleasant to deal with. Not a huge fan of the phone customer service who were not helpful during a series of unfortunate transactions resulting in over $100 in fees. I did go to the Northampton branch in person instead where the manager overheard me speaking with a teller to try and sort it out. She immediately waived all of the fees for me and I left very happy as I was not expecting that positive of an outcome! The people in the branch are friendly, flexible and helpful. Will definitely be back.

      These guys are the worst to bank with.they make u get stuck on something and now my credit is eventually going to be ruined. Thanks freedom’ i will never recommend anybody here.
