  I have a car loan, savings and credit card(with a much lower interest rate than I've been offered by any other bank in the past)and I use the location in White Marsh. The staff are incredibly helpful, kind and courteous! I highly recommend them!

  We had a great experience opening up a check and savings account. The service and knowledge received was exactly what we were looking for. We are thrilled with the benefits received by opening up this new account...3% interest on a balance of $10k with some easy to stipulations to manage. Well done!!

  Used Freedom for my car loan and I have to say, the online enrollment is pretty infuriating. I didn't realize "Member ID" is synonymous with "Account number". Therefore I had trouble setting up the online account to pay my loan. I called and waited 10 min before speaking with someone. After verifying I am in fact who I say I am, she asked for my member ID. I said that's why I'm calling you, I don't know my member ID. She instructed me to look over my statement for it since they can't give member ID out over the phone. I could not find any member ID and finally asked if it was the "account number" and read it too her and she responded "I can't give out member ID over the phone" and that someone would have to call me back. After hanging up I tried setting up the account online by myself and the account number (member ID) worked and I was able to access my loan. I tried to pay the loan and I received an error message stating I needed to setup an eligible account to pay this bill, instructing me to click the next step of "start a conversation" with a representative to finish setting up the account. However, I was met with an error message stating "not connected" to the chat. I refreshed several times and it appears as if their chat center is completely down (my internet was working just fine the whole time). Now I've wasted about 2 hours of my day and have accomplished nothing.
