  I am shocked that this branch hasn't received higher review scores, on the one hand; on the other, I see how people sometimes act these days even when they receive great service, so in this "modern society" nothing is too surprising anymore. Perhaps we can get back to a "better time", but I digress... So I am taking this time to give my opinion of this location because I believe that this is a well-operated bank branch with a team of wonderful staff. It all starts with management, and Branch Manager Denise F. has been in charge since I've been coming here. She personally has assisted me with various banking needs in a cheerful and capable manner, which impresses me because I feel that the best managers are those who lead by example and do so proficiently. Then there is Whitney W., who is such a friendly and helpful Branch Banker there! She has always made me feel right at home, and Whitney has truly gone above & beyond in her service to make my experiences as pleasant as I could possibly imagine. Whitney, you are fabulous and have a tremendous future...PNC, you have great potential in Whitney, so don't overlook her! And I have also had the pleasure of working with Kimberly M., another Branch Banker, and I have very similar comments to share regarding her service and positive spirit! Another solid banking professional with the capability to go far within your organization. PNC, treat these employees right as I believe you do, and don't overlook these dedicated individuals who have the ability to make PNC even that much better in the future... I cannot imagine how a customer could have an unpleasant experience with this core team in place. And the tellers I have encountered are of the same caliber as well -- on my last visit, Damiya was delightful, and of course perfectly helpful. While doing the banking chores on any visit, these tellers have routinely made me feel like a friend and certainly a valued customer...I appreciate what you do, Team PNC @ 4201 Chapel Road, Perry Hall! I have nothing but positive information and pleasant details to share, and I hope this helps you to make the choice to bank here. Thank you, PNC Chapel Road!

  Terrible service on Saturday they got 3 Representatives but only 1 teller pis poor management

  Beware of this place. The atm ate my cash and they wont give it back to me.
