      Constantly screw up deposits and loan details. Their customer service notified me that they lose checks sent from other institutions via bill pay regularly that come in for payment. They tried to charge late fees on a check they lost, after it was delivered via automatic delivery through a national bank’s service. Issues with what tellers promise vs what they deliver and zero accountability when attempting to correct the issues. They don’t care how their mistakes impact your life. Online banking has never worked for me - have attempted 3 times with people in branches and they never got it working for 3+ years. Awful experience in every single aspect of working with them and recommend people to stay away at all costs. Not just a branch issue but across the board, there are major systematic issues with the operation of this bank and it needs to be audited asap. People who work there are generally nice but can’t do anything aside from what an ATM does without running into issues.
