I recently worked with Justin Roche at Freedom Lending and I have to say that I couldn't have been more pleased. He did such a great job with everything and when something needed to be done or an issue would arise, he was all over it! I would highly recommend!

They are terrible at communication between depts as well as with their customers. An acquaintance has had nothing but a terrible experience with them recently. You will have to submit the same document at least 6 times before they finally get it, even though they confirmed they received it each time it’s sent. Need better overhead and retrain everyone! If you don’t work and are single then maybe finance through them because you will need all the time in the world to get them their documents repeatedly and make phone calls to them. Also, got to love that they call you, leave a message then you callback within a couple hours and guess what? They are out of the office for days. How ironic. Good luck!

Strongly recommend alternate provider. Good rates. Relatively smooth Refi process. TERRIBLE Service in all other capacities. Unresponsive to calls and emails. PAINFUL processes & ABSENT communication in managing insurance claim. It took over two months to gain their endorsement to clear final insurance roof repair. Paid contractor from savings to avoid delinquency. Request to file complaint remains unactioned.
