I’m so mad our loan was bought by them! They harass us DAILY about refinancing and now have added taking out a home equity loan! I’m about to switch my loan to someone else! Ridiculous!

Very very poor company do not use them if you have a choice. They don't do what they say

Refinancing with Freedom Mortgage was the worst mistake we made. They have handled our transition SO poorly. Our property taxes and home insurance policy are both paid out of escrow. They told us they would take care of the transition and handle it. We have received delinquent notices for both -- we are now MONTHS late on both bills because Freedom Mortgage did not follow through.
