  (Wish there was a choice for no stars) Mortgage servicing transferred here without my input. Each and everything I have experienced has been problematic starting with attempting to put in a strong password to access the website, - no non-standard characters allowed! Then they called to offer a refi. I asked for comparative quotes for different terms and was refused. Did the refi anyway. Worst experience ever. 2 months to refi the existing loan, same term, lower payment, higher LTV, better credit and longer employment with the same employers. Every time a different person called during the refi and asked me to prove who I was with the last 4 of my SSN. I refused. I never do that. UNAPOLOGETIC INCOMPETENCE. Lastly, just got an offer to 'simplify' payments where, if a pay a full month ahead, I am eligible to make multiple payments during a month and they don't credit the payment, they hold it - MY MONEY - until the 2nd payment is in and then credit it as if it was all paid as of the date of the 2nd payment. What an offer! AVOID THIS LENDER.

  OMG. Worse company EVER!!!!!!Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!! These have got to be the most incompetent people ever!!! I have a realtor assuming my loan and the process has been a total nightmare. For 2 weeks straight I have called everyday for the assumption package to be sent and instead I have been sent the same form asking for the 3rd party information. When I call they say the 3rd party has been added so what is the problem?????? Save yourself the headache and stay away from these people!!!!! I also emailed the CEO Stan Middleman and never heard back so it is obvious he could care less about customer satisfaction.
