      Mike Tramonti was very knowledgeable, professional, and kept us fully informed. He communicated with me and my buyers agent to make this process extremely easy. We closed about a month ago and while we were househunting we managed to get into three different bidding wars. We were, and had to be, in constant contact and had to make split second changes and strategies. This is the kind of service that a home buyer needs to make such an important purchase.

      Horrible customer service, all promises were broken ! The refinance process is a complete joke ! worse mortgage company I've ever had to deal with hands down. I DO NOT recommend !
