      These guys do so much for you. I know I tend to annoy them sometimes, but I have to say that if something comes up that you need the extra help for, these guys do all they can.

      We need to be able to get into our mobile app 24/7. There is always some issue especially weekend’s in the evenings. As petty as it sounds I’m in a store shopping trying to figure what I have in my account and I can’t get into the mobile app. It always says unable to process your request at this time. Try again later. Everything is on the screen for the credit union but I can’t access my account. This Happens all frequently . It’s not just me because I hear other people complaining about it also. Paydays we don’t have access to our pay until after 6:00-6:30 or 7:00AM. The money goes in at 1:00AM or 2:00AM. When I complain to upper management all I hear is well we don’t hear these issues from anyone else. I know that’s bull because I talk to other members that went to management and complained about the same thing. Frustrating Frustrating Frustrating….
