  Trevor was an absolute breeze to work with. From the second we filled out our application for our mortgage until closing he was there every step of the way. He maintained contact, was quick to answer any questions we had and broke everything down for us and explained in detail so we knew where our money was going. House buying can be cumbersome, but when you have a team that truly cares and it isn’t just a job to them it shows. Freedompoint is a great company to work with and if you’re in the market for a home they should be your go to!

  Derek Young was exceptional. He worked tirelessly to get my VA financing secure, and find me exactly what I wanted in a new build. Even when some old financial obligations came up, he helped me navigate a solution. I could always call him day or night with any questions or new developments and he was happy to help. He explained everything to me step-by-step as many times as I needed him to, so I would understand the home buying process. Even six months after I purchased my home I am still able to call him with a question and he will take the time to answer it. I would definitely recommend Derek Young and Freedompoint Mortgage to anyone looking to buy a home. They truly have your best interest in mind.

  I worked with Trevor Young at Freedompoint and it was my first time buying a house. They made sure that my buying process was smooth and easy. I don't know how they managed it, but I had to change jobs during the process of application and we were able to keep everything running smoothly with small adjustments to our closing dates but little to no issue otherwise. Specifically to Trevor, he was amazing in helping me understand each step of the process for obtaining a mortgage. Gave me timely responses, always had an answer or was able to find the answer and get back to me, and was always friendly and patient, even though I gave hassle with certain issues popping up. I would recommend both Trevor and Freedompoint Mortgage to my friends or anyone because of the care they gave me when we were working together. It felt like we thoroughly went through the documents necessary and had everything covered.
