"To all who want to join FMFC." I went into their business (Fresno) to discuss the opportunity of starting a new loan. The reason is that I prefer to talk to someone face to face. Instead I was told that no one was available to talk to me and to leave my number at the front desk and someone would call me at a later date. I couldn't believe it, I just left and figured I would take my business elsewhere. I was recommended by another farmer in the Madera area but when I told him of my experience he told me that is the new normal with FMFC.. Can somebody explain to me the what that is suppose to mean "NEW NORMAL." Makes me feel that they do not care about my business or other farmers in the area. Once sought of as the best place to do business a few years ago, I guess not anymore. The person at the front desk "hinted," to me that people were laid off or quit thus far not enough people to help me.
