      Pleasant experience every time, and the tellers are all knowledgeable and helpful.

      When they put my husband’s check into our foster son’s account, I was understanding. When they opened the wrong type of saving for another one of my kids, I was irritated but understanding. When they let a minor drain his account when I had to sign for transfers weeks before, I didn’t even call. When I cane to close an account for a kid and did some but continued to get statements, I let that go and transferred funds out to close it. But when they send my account to my daughter-in-law despite assuring me that wouldn’t happen - I can’t have accounts here. It is not safe. 4 years of constant mistakes and I’m done.

      Best bank around! My family has had them for over 50 years. There is not many banks that work with you as an individual instead of a number. But Friendship State Bank treat you like family!
