      Friendly local bank. Drive thru virtual teller if you don't even want to leave your car be aisr it's freeing cold outside or you don't feel like getting out of car. They have lots of programs to stay engaged. Have a picnic coming up next month for clients. Kids love the savings program called Lil Pioneers Club and really promotes saving. They have a checking account that offers 2%! Most other banks offer 0.1% right now on savings accounts. Friendly staff!

      When moving to Sioux Falls we found a house to purchase via a private sale. We used Frontier for our home mortgage loan and Molly / Frontier were EXTREMELY helpful especially with the extra questions we had from not having a realtor and helped the process go smoothly. Would recommend!

      Mobile app is constantly down. Very limited branch hours. No 24/7 support which results with often being left without access to banking information, ability to transfer money etc.
