      best service I've ever had from a bank, spent hours with me sorting out an online payment issue when my old bank home federal merged with them. always friendly and helpful. but it's still a bank, so 4 stars

      I don't know how you can be closed on the weekends. This why I am switching to First Premiere bank. The drive though hours say 8 am and online says 9 am. 9 to 5 closed weekends.

      I like being able to go in and talk to a live person. With the amount of internet fraud these days, I'm glad I have to go in to make changes to my account. I keep a low account balance because I'm old school and prefer to deal in cash whenever possible, but the staff never questions this and still treats me with respect.
