We have sold 4 rentals over the last 2 years. Frontier Title has managed to mess up and delay everyone of them. When you do it 4 times that can't be a coincidence. They want you to do there job and they want you to pay them. There communication is absolutely terrible. When they are told you will be out of town and will need to sign remotely and a few days later they call you and ask when you can come in to sign paperwork!! Any other Title Company in town can't be this bad.

Pretty bad experience with them on the Home sale Title side. Because of their lack of organization they delayed our final closing date. In order to get things moving I always had to call them and get things going as they never contacted me first to get documents and such started. If possible go to another Title company... If I hadn't done the leg work for them we would have moved in much later than we did!
