      I refinance my auto and they took all paperwork, payment of changing title and listed their bank as the lien holder. After some few months, I checked my balance and realized the rate has changed from 2 to 18%.

      Switch to USAA, service altogether is out of date and I was with them for 4 years.

      Came in at 9:10, 10 minutes after store opened, was informed they could not use the card machine until about 9:30, was suggested politely to try back at 10:00 or have to have a seat; it was only 20 minutes so I took a seat. A few moments later another associate walks up to me and suggests I go be be "MORE productive" with my time and that they would call me back later song it could be another hour until her manager comes in. The approach was shrewd to say the least, i felt unwelcome at that point and more of a nuisance than a customer to be helped
