  I have been a long time member and I really appreciate the welcoming environment and friendly staff. I can tell that the team at this location is happy and I really enjoyed my last visit. My sister and I had a great time together with the teller as she was helping us with the transaction and she introduced us to their new manager. I can honestly say that this place makes you feel at home and i trust that they have my best interest at heart.

  Wells Fargo takes 1-2 weeks MAX to settle a charge dispute while Frontwave takes several months. I even provided them a letter from the merchant confirming I was mistakenly charged yet it still took 4 months for them to finalize the claim. Also, despite sending her emails and calling, I never received any communication from my claims specialist- Taylor Tijuana during the whole process. Poor customer service/Communication

  great place to bank but i wanna just share since the changed their name from PACIFIC MARINE CREDIT UNION to FRONTWAVE…i firmly believe that corporate office should have replaced the ATM machine at this branch location. this location has an ATM that’s equivalent to the ones in the 1980’s. it’s so old and barbaric!!! CEO if your listening, please replace this machine!! the Escondido branch has the new and updated machine; making it easier to bank when the branch is closed!
