So I walked into this location and not a single person in here but yet the staff Acts like it’s an inconvenience to wait on a customer. The prior two days I made several phone calls to this location trying to find out exactly what I need it for my business account to open with them. Not once did they ever answer the call and even though I was able to get to a voicemail box once they seem to think they don’t have to return phone calls so when I was In their location today I was a little taken back by the abrupt rudeness that they think they’re better than their customer and that their time is so much more Valuable then their customer to be. I highly highly highly recommend not doing business with Frost because if the manager was standing there letting this take in place and she was OK with it she own with the rest of the staff need to be fired
