When I look for a long term bank, I’m looking for excellent customer service. When I called Frost, a super nice human answered, who transferred me to another human who was also super nice! She then transferred me to a very nice banker who answered all of my questions! Not once did I experience a single robot in all of my interactions. I then knew this was the bank for me. I went in person to set up an account with Kimberly who was very pleasant to speak with and gave me as much time as I needed. I have already shared how great this bank is with so many people!
