I am so upset, i dont ever write reviews but i just cant believe how hard/ long it was to increase my spending limit! IT TOOK 30 MINUTES and a MILLION QUESTIONS!... and calling the 1-800 # is no different. I can understand 10 minutes of questions but NOT 30 minutes! This was very disappointing and im going to be looking for another bank who will not hold my money against me!!! UNBELIEVEABLE!!
