      This branch is a absolute joke. They have closed the lobby meaning unless you make an appointment you must use drive up. I generally only go to this location to get change for my job when I'm in a pinch. A simple thing like this ended up on multiple occasions taking well over 20 minutes. There is absolutely no excuse for that and there is NO reason you should have the lobby closed.

      Horrible experience with them. Have plenty of money in my account. But, their online banking system will not show you your account number. So, even if you call the branch, have an account statement, and check your online banking portal you can't get your full account number. Needed to pay a bill from this bank and was told by Pat, the manager, that she cannot give me that information. That's fine. I'll be withdrawing my money next week.
