Stopped in Fulton Bank 4/25 with my 93 yr old mother. Fulton changed routing numbers 3 yrs ago we didn't know this so we had to have a direct deposit form signed. So one teller working handling all drive thru customers so we waited about 8 minutes and you have 3 people sitting in their office without coming out to help. I will be closing out my checking account. Unbelievable poor customer service. I have been a member of PSECU since 1972 and never had one issue with them. TAKE SOME LESSONS FROM PSECU
