      Basically if you don't have a legal status, I do no recommend this bank. Me and my husband went there, to get a joint account for immigration purpose, we thought it would be the most convenient, since he already has an account with them, when we sat down after my husband gave him his ID and she saw my Mexican passport, she asked me if I was an American citizen , I said no, she said sorry but if you aren't a resident or do not have a social security card, you can't have an account with us. With this being something needed for immigration, it's sad to see that they would have such a poor policy in place.

      Avoid if at all possible. This bank has the absolute worst website I have ever had to use for online banking. It’s an embarrassment. I’d expect a one branch backwater bank to do better, let alone a bank I see all over the area.
