      I am reading reviews of friendly, polite, and helpful. I just learned from their automated phone service that they are not excepting calls ??? Mid morning on a weekday? Are you kidding me? They will speak to you by appointment only. If the Mountville branch office does not want to work, just shut down that branch. I find it difficult to believe the aforementioned reviews were for the MOUNTVILLE BRANCH. If by chance you are able to speak with someone at that branch, understand it can be difficult to determine if someone is being kind and helpful or just patronizing.
