Almost all the staff are friendly and helpful since the closing of the Virginia Ave and S. Potomac branch you can never get through to the new bank with the number listed for them

Absolutely horrible!! Opened a checking account over a month ago and still haven't received my card. I literally just called them 3 times, the 1st time they picked the phone up but didn't say anything, after me saying hello a couple times (very calm I should add) they hung up on me. I called back 2 more times only to get the voice message service. I will definitely be closing my account with them and take my money elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!
