  The place is horrible. The cashier does business while baby sitting and handling her own personal stuff on the phone.

  So I needed to cash a payroll check. So stop in this place, they said we just need to verify the check. The older lady which didnt know what she was doing, looked to the younger lady who had no idea what she was talking about and said.. that bank is closed wait till Monday. I said the bank (wells Fargo) is open you can call. They said no I called. I got through to the business center and they were more then happy to help. Only for the younger now nasty lady said we have to call them, we cant use your phone. Wells Fargo rep said no problem go ahead call we'll pick up. She never called instead said we need to verify it with the company. I said no problem called the owner who she was calling to let him know.... hey heads up.... he said the phone hasn't rang nor is it ringing. I said impossible she is calling now. I said he is waiting for your call, i thought your calling him now? She said no I'm calling the main office to see if I'm aloud to verify your check. Now mind you I did all this foot work and she didnt call the bank rep. Waiting or the business owner who was also waiting, she sent me away with a nasty attitude after I did her whole job and proved her wrong twice.... just to say we cant do it because our main office is closed and we cant verify the check. The whole time she was stuffing her face with looking miserable dressed like she just got out of bed. If you hate your job and won't do it right get another one. This employee is bottom of the barrel at best and should in no way be anywhere near customer service. She was not inviting useful or knowledgeable. She wasted a lot of my time and I had to prove her wrong because she was lazy and then she got mad I was making her do her job. It was like making a sour kid do homework while holding their hand the whole time when the bank and owner are on the phone and I have all proper papers and i.d you cash the check. Finish the job a customer did for you 95% of the way and do your job. Your the face of the company and let me tell you something how nasty, unmotivated unacknowledgable, excuses at every turn, and just over all miserable is the face and attitude of the company. In this case the stars dont like, if anything in this case the stars are over rated for sure. Stay away

  This place is a nightmare. the fat woman does not know how to attend. A person working in a place like that and with a cell phone when attending. a total disrespect. That fat woman is bad and racist.
