      This could potentially be a great bank, but... there must be something not allowing their staff to smile. Most rigid, almost depressing staff at the window. Coincides with the numerous negative reviews of the staff. Why would management not review, and GIVE SOME CREDIBILITY TO THE FEEDBACK? The two women kept me from opening an account. That's not good.
