      We worked with Michelle from Gardner Realtors starting at the very beginning of the coronavirus and she helped us find our dream home! We moved to BR from 12 hours away so only had two days in town to tour homes in person before making an offer. She helped us by doing video and phone calls to help in narrowing down our options ahead of time, filtering out all the homes that didn’t meet our criteria (including warning us about flood zones- not something we were familiar with in our previous city), and really making us feel comfortable with trusting the process. We ended up finding our dream home with her help, and she made the process so easy to understand and easy to manage for us even being first time home buyers and living 12 hours away during most of the purchasing process. We would highly recommend Michelle or Gardner Realtors to anyone!
