You both really did a great job of sorting though options and figuring out what was most important for the lifestyle you were looking for. Then when we found it you were organized and followed through on all the "stuff" we had to work through. I'm afraid you found a place you will never have to leave, which sucks for me as a Realtor (haha), but is great cause I hope to enjoy some good times there over the coming years....
