Gary G Emanuel Brokerage Inc.29-27 Queens Plz N Ste 302 Long Island City, NY 11101 - Have been trying since last week to just get a quote. Seems Angela will only give me a quote now since I left them for Geico and will not give a quote without my sending pdf files and quotes and paperwork from Geico. Really??? If it is this hard to get a quote I am now concerned about how much trouble they will give me if I need them or have a question. Quotes are usually given freely without strings attached. Update. So I thought maybe Angela at Gary G Emanuel Brokerage Inc.29-27 Queens Plz N Ste 302 Long Island City, NY 11101 was maybe just out of line so I contacted the man himself, Gary. He does not care either. In fact, they are too cheap to even have an answering machine on after 5pm sharp. So what if you need to reach them? Tough luck. Is this really the kind of insurance company you want handling the things in your life? Rude, expensive and non responsive with no customer service at all. UPDATE - After a week the head honcho Gary himself called and told me that I was cyberbullying him and that I was a maniac. I told him when people read my review of his unprofessional behaviour more than a few customers looking for an agency might pass on his poor service review. He told me not one customer will because his customers "love him". Really Gary, is that why since 1985 your Loving Customers have left no reviews. You have one review. MINE -- Maybe you should look at why in over 30 years not one of your Loving customers thought enough of you to leave even one positive review. I think you are delusional.
