      I was referred by a friend, and also hear Gary's ads on WCCP radio. We did a refi, and got an incredibly low rate. The loan experience was the best I have ever had. It went quickly and was very simple without the burdensome paperwork I have had in the past. The communication from Gary was exceptional, and he always informed me of what to expect next to expedite the process.
