      Updated review: after making this post I recieved a call from a local manager who profusely apologized and fixed my account in a few clicks. She was very very kind and told me the original banker I had dealt with would be re trained on customer service skills. I am still struggling with fees being applied before credits, but they are working on it. Original post: Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Customer service reps are beyond rude. Checks get rejected even if your paycheck is in there and "pending". NSF are applied before the debit is finalized.

      You guys open later than any other bank and close earlier. which makes it hard for 8-5 working people to get into your lobby. Your parking lots are constantly a mess, and your customer service is beyond subpar. There have been fees and incidents that have been GCB's fault that I have had to pay for. Beware.

Our lobby is open 9:00am-6:00pm and our drive up is open 7:30am-7:00pm Monday through Friday!

      Best bank in town! Best rates in town. We switched everything over to them after one visit and have not looked back. Always treated great with fast and friendly service. I mean if all that isn't enough if you go inside they have fresh baked cookies they make in the bank. I mean who does that? Gate city that's who. Check it out and if you switch like I did tell them I sent ya because they give you free stuff for referring people too. 😀
