  I recently worked with Isaac Naylor of Gateway Mortgage in Meridian, ID, with the purchase of a home in Twin Falls. From the start of the process, he was very professional, with excellent communication skills. He let us know every step of the way what was coming up next. He took all the fear out of the money side of purchasing a home. A real pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend him.

  I was referred to Chrissy Gower with Gateway Mortgage for the purchase of my new house. I can tell you I’m so pleased with my choice. Chrissy was prompt in answering emails and texts, which was important to me. She answered any questions that I had throughly and was quick to change numbers when needed. She was a problem solver when I ran into a personal issue and was able to put me at ease. I would highly recommend Chrissy over and over again.

  Chrissy Gower and Gateway Mortgage were amazing and provided us with an easy and seamless process. If I EVER have to do another mortgage transaction, they will be the FIRST people I seek out. Chrissy is my neighbor and friend, and to be honest, I was slightly unsure about sharing financial information with her (it felt somewhat awkward). BUT, all of my doubts were immediately cast aside. Chrissy is incredibly professional and from the moment we switched our conversation from day-to-day tasks (like kids playing, landscaping, etc.) our refinancing conversations were 100% on task. I have never felt more comfortable and at ease with a refinance (I've done 3). The application and document uploading process was seamless. Generally, I feel anxious about the documents I've submitted, the credit scoring process, etc., but this time was different. The ENTIRE process was seamless. Chrissy got us an amazing interest rate and saved us more than $400.00 per month. I am so glad that I took a chance on a friend and neighbor - she is a class act and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone I know.
