      If I could give 1/4 of a star I would. My experience with this company was awful. I provided my information and my credit report was pulled. I have called, texted, and e-mailed and left voicemails attempting to get a response. I’m very disappointed in the services or lack there of... I received. Never will I be so naive to put my trust in this company or it’s associates very again. Thank you but no thank you.

      I was very disappointed in my experience with Gateway mortgage in Longview. We got approved for our loan and got all the way to 3 days before closing for them to realize that they could not give us a clear to close. We lost our earnest money that we put down because of them. They should have known they were not going to be able to approve us from the very beginning.
