      So disappointed. I called several times on a tax problem and not only did they tell me to ignore it but never told me I was suppose be dealing with the "Gateway Mortgage Service Center". On top of that, the whole thing cost me $1300 in late fees and they brushed it off despite all the red flags on their end. I would NEVER recommend them for financing or refinancing.

      Waste of time and money. Waited to close on a construction loan for 5 weeks, received lowball appraisal from appraiser. Sent and filed in a rebuttal to the appraisal and never was able to get an answer from Loan Officer for follow up. Loan officer had great communication to begin with until we signed the contract - after that he was dodgy and did not seem like he was on our side. Decided to stop wasting time and move on to another lender. Would not recommend.
