      Thank God I didn't go through with this company. Epple lied about the rate and tried to pressure me into signing documents to lock in a high rate. When I didn't sign the paperwork, he claimed that the rates dropped unexpectedly and I had to hurry and sign the paperwork. Again another lie.

      Worst customer service ever! I lost my husband 2 months ago and they are now saying that my bank pulled back the funds – which is untrue. Now they are applying late fees – probably to improve their bottom line. When I checked my bank statement it's clear that the funds were allocated and pulled from my account. I truly think they are taking advantage of the situation and my grief. I warn others to reconsider doing business with a company that treat widows poorly..
