I have nothing but good things to say about this bank. I have been here for 5 years and other than a few random lockouts (irregular purchases) on my debit car while traveling. They have been great. The phone service isn’t as bad as everyone says it is either. Sometimes they are busy and have to call you back(happens anywhere). Sometimes you can tell they are overwhelmed(not always easy to hide) however I have never not had something taken care of that needed to be resolved.

I have been a member for over 20 years have never had an issue until I tried to get a home loan. Sandy Gardner, the loan officer is the worst to work with. She doesn't give accurate or knowledgeable information. I would not recommend getting a loan through Together unless you get a different loan officer.
