      I am the seller in a loan being provided by Gateway and the loan had been in the works for 50 days and closing was cleared yesterday. Today we got word from a Gateway manager they decided not to move forward with the loan due to it being a single wide mobile home. This has been known the whole time. How does a company make that decision at day 50? The amount for people’s time was wasted, money lost from the realtor to the closing compony and including me. Not to mention the time lost because a company like Gateway. Maybe they just need better training because that what loan reviews is for. Would not recommend this company to anybody.
